Our carbon nanotube masterbatches CNT-PA6-15 use our industrial grade multi walled carbon nanotubes. This product has a 15% CNTs loading ratio.

The CNT-PA6-15 material can be used with 3D printers, injection molders, & extruders.  Once received, you simply let it down and run it in your equipment.  Sold by the kilogram

CNT-PA6- 15 was dispersed in PA6 using twin-screw extruder, the pellets are made by injection molding. Volume and surface resistivity were measured by high insulation resistance instrument ZC-90D(IEC 60093-1980, the test voltage is 100V).

CNT-PA6-15 was diluted by PA6 using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by injection molding. The standard of mechanical property of specimens was ISO 527, ISO 180 and ISO 178.
